I worked in a newly created, cross-functional team of 6 - the Technology Enablement and Acceleration (TEA) team.

We were APA's internal innovation squad, created to help accelerate innovative solutions to business problems.

We identified and prioritised business challenges that aligned to the company goals and could achieve a Proof-of-Value (PoV) within a 4-12 week time frame and acheive a minimum 3x ROI.

To help accelerate our missions we partnered with companies like PwC and Telstra Purple to provide the skillsets to deliver in those time frames.
